You can easily pick up orders for your convenience by choosing self-pickup from SF Station or SF Express Service Center pick up. When the order arrives at the pick-up location, SF Express sends a phone message (SMS) to the recipient. When you arrive SF station or service center, please provide the SF Express the SMS sent to you before (SF Express has to check the recipient information before starting the self-pickup process.).

IN-STORE PICKUP (Hong Kong ONLY)
In select markets, you can choose to pick up your online order at your local Hong Kong store with no shipping charge. Certain products may be unavailable for in-store pickup, including gift cards. Orders will be delivered to your selected store address and ready for pickup within 4 to 7 business days. Some orders may be available even sooner (as early as same day) if all of your items are already available in your selected store.
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and shipped, and an e-mail will be sent once the entire order is ready for pickup. You may pick up your order at the store for up to 7 days by providing a store associate with your pickup notification e-mail.
You may also designate another individual to pick up your order if you provide them with the pickup notification received via e-mail.
If you are not able to pick up your order within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you will need to bear an additional handling fee, please note!

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Economy orders will be shipped by e-Express Service. e-Express Service items destined for overseas destinations are traceable on the websites of their postal administrations or of Hongkong Post (HKP) within six months from the date of posting. Instead of contacting HKP, the sender should trace his/ her items on the aforesaid websites within six months from the date of posting. HKP only accepts indemnity claims for total loss of an item.
In the event you cannot verify the successful delivery status or the attempted delivery status of an e-Express Service item on the websites of destinations’ postal administrations (or HKP’s website, whichever shows the latest status of a mail item) one month after the date of posting, the item will be considered “a total loss of the item” after posting. If HKP is satisfied that you have sustained a direct loss as a result of the total loss of the item, you are entitled to:
- an indemnity of up to a maximum of HK$1,000 for any item weighing 500g and above; or
- an indemnity of up to a maximum of HK$500 for any item weighing less than 500g
Standard orders will be shipped by Air Registered Packet. For better peace of mind, Air Registered Packet use registration, as it will collect the signature of the addressee (or their agent) upon delivery.
Expedited orders will be shipped by SpeedPost Service. With a global reach of over 210 destinations, delivery can be as fast as the same night or the next working day after posting to major international cities; more than 1.6 million dedicated postal staff are ready to serve you; insurance coverage of up to HK$1,500; round-the-clock track and trace service available from SpeedPost website (https://www.speedpost.hk/speedpost/sections/mailTracking/mailTracking.jsf) or hotline (https://www.speedpost.hk/speedpost/sections/contact/contact.jsf).
Overnight orders will be shipped and delivered by DHL/FedEx. If overnight shipping is needed or you need more details, please contact us for shipping cost quotation before placing order(s) and call/ whatsapp our 24-hour Customer Services Hotline on (852) 60284392 or send email to order@deardeargroup.com with city name and post code, if any.
An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.
Shipping charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders.

Exchange and Returns 更換及退貨事宜
Satisfying customers is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase of our product(s) and able to comply with the following terms, we will provide a one-time exchange/ size exchange/ return and refund arrangement (customers are responsible for back and forth shipping charges):
– Earrings, earring hooks are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene.
– Any refund, exchange or size exchange is required to inform us within 2 days of receipt of the product(s).
-If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, or not as described), you can return it to us within 2 days of receipt, and we will arrange exchange of an equivalent product within 7 days upon approval (customers are responsible for back and forth shipping charges).
-If the product is in a wrong size, again you can return it to us within 2 days of receipt, and we will arrange an exchange of the product in a newly requested size within 7 days upon approval, but we can only accept exchange for an equivalent product in a requested size once only (customers are responsible for back and forth shipping charges).
*Note: As our products’ measurements are measured manually, please forgive us and allow the occurrence of an error +/- 2cm between the physical size of our products and the measurements marked in products’ specifications.
-Other than in the case of faulty or wrong sized products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products. We will refund the price of the goods only in this case, but not the to and from delivery charges involved.
-Please note that monogrammed, personalized or Final Reduction 50% off items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-All returns will be sent to the designated address. All goods must be resalable, together with the original packaging. One receipt can be used for an exchange or return once only. We will not accept non-original status, arrived after the deadline or unauthorized return.
-Gifts are not returnable.
-Exchange or Returns are only available at www.deardeargroup.com online store.
-If you have bought a jewelry set, you must return it in a full set to get a refund or exchange.
-Only products in wrong sizes are exchangeable for equivalent goods in correct sizes once.

- You will receive an email with return instructions and a return number. Please note that customers have to be responsible for all the shipping fee involved and the security of the shipment.
- After receiving your returned item and that item is confirmed to be in an original state (unopened and unused), we can start arranging a refund, the refund will be returned to you within 7 working days and via the payment method you used for buying the item (customers are responsible for back and forth shipping charges). If you choose to exchange an item, we will arrange exchange of an equivalent product within 7 days upon approval (customers are responsible for back and forth shipping charges).
- We will send you a notification email upon receipt of your returned item.
- Please note that the actual refund time shown on your credit card account record will depend on the card issuer’s arrangement. If you have any inquiries, please contact the corresponding card issuer directly.

DEAR DEAR gladly accepts returns. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash or check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Purchases made by check will be refunded in cash. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email cs@deardeargroup.com within 20 days of original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, Paypal, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.
