  • We produce accessories for a number of well-known international brands. Products that we manufacture for clients can be found in many department store or chain stores worldwide. Please note that all the pictures below show only a small fraction of different kind of accessories that we made before and craftsmanship that we can apply.

The following is our standard process for the manufacture of a new commercial product line 以下是我們製造新商品的標準流程:

  • Start: send an email to our order@deardeargroup.com

  • Custom project submission: send us your contact and idea. This will bring you to our product quotation system where you may individually submit new designs for quotation. If you don’t have very specific requirements, our design team will use their discretion in finalizing your design for you or contact you directly to get more details. Usually within 2 hours of submitting an email, it will be reviewed by our technicians who will make a rough quotation using estimated material weights.

  • Order A Sample: Once artwork and quotation have been reviewed, you may proceed to order a sample for production. At this stage, if material weights or stone counts have been given, these are simply estimates and will be revised on prototype completion. Though we will always do our best to be at or below estimated weights, it is not uncommon to be over or under projection by as much as 15%. Significant material discrepancies from estimate to final piece will either be billed or refunded on product completion. Please also note that our quotes and invoices for silver or gold products are time sensitive as gold and silver are based around a certain market price. As gold prices fluctuate all the time, you can expect that the price of your piece will fluctuate over time as well. By the way, initially when you create a new design, it will include either design services, development fees, or both. Once we have completed the sample and order with confirmed order quantity has been placed, these fees will be removed.

  • Placing a Production Order: Once a prototype model has been accepted, you will be free to make production orders at your discretion. Our company has a no MOQ policy, meaning that you may order any quantity of products for manufacture. Custom Design (If Applicable): Usually less than three days are involved; Custom Prototyping: This is the longest and most difficult stage of development. Typically it will take between 1 and 5 weeks to come out with the first prototype. With most designs we are able to produce an initial prototype within 2 weeks. If changes must be made after reviewing a prototype, another 1 to 3 weeks may be needed to amend the prototype.

  • Order Tracking: Once an order has been processed, you will periodically receive status updates from our customer support staff with current manufacturing status and estimated completion dates. Generally goods will be delivered FOB to your carrier of choice.

Please note that if you are shifting your productions over from other manufacturers, you will need to request both your masters and molds back from them. Except under rare circumstances we generally will not work with other companies molds, as it is imperative to be able to control quality from the very beginning of the production cycle.

Methods of Payment & Terms 付款方式和條款

We require all prototypes’ making to be paid up in full or deposit was fully paid before bulk production can be started. There are no exceptions to this policy.
我們要求所有樣板製作前要全額付款打樣費，或者在批量生產開始之前，貨款已經大部份支付。這個政策沒有例外。

 

Paypal

  • We accept prototype and unique piece payments via Paypal, though orders over USD 2,000 will need to be made via another payment method. As in the case of credit card payments, we charge an extra 3.8% service fee for processing payments via paypal. This is added at the time of order checkout if payment via paypal is selected.

TT (Wire Transfer 電匯或銀行過賬)

  • This is our preferred method of payment for production orders. Bank details will be provided if this method of payment is in use.

Check 支票

  • We accept checks; however we will not begin production until after the checks have cleared. This can sometimes take up to 5 business days.
